This website is published by Shanghai Carbonjour Carbon Technology Co., Ltd. ("Carbonjour", "we"). By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Information, not an offer
Content on this site is provided for general information. It is not an offer, solicitation, recommendation or investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it does not create a contract. Project figures are planning estimates and may change. Commercial terms are agreed only in a signed definitive agreement.
3. Forward-looking statements
Statements about planned construction, capacity, timing, cost, approvals, storage, offtake or financing are forward-looking. They depend on permits, third-party agreements and financing that may not be obtained. Undated future phases are indicative only, and we do not undertake to update them.

You may view and share links to the site, and quote short extracts with attribution, but you may not reproduce it commercially without permission. Photographs are used with permission; some are courtesy of Captura Corp.
