What international buyers ask about China.
China's 2026 carbon-peak action plan frames CCUS as demonstration projects and ocean carbon sinks as accounting work in progress. The national voluntary market (CCER) has blue-carbon restoration methodologies but none for engineered ocean CDR.
Lingao credits are designed for international voluntary standards through Isometric DOCS, not for China's domestic compliance market. We do not assume CCER issuance, and the project does not rely on the domestic carbon price.
The plan is for raw ocean data to remain in China while model outputs and monitoring records are made available to an accredited verifier.
Some international buyers prioritise jurisdictions with dedicated CDR policy; China is early. We address this with an international methodology and registry, third-party verification, and a published status page.
We do not publish scans of government letters, counterparty documents or financial models.
