Technology relationship, and its limits.
The 2024 MOU and services agreement give Carbonjour the right to work with Captura on FEL-1 engineering in China. Carbonjour is Captura's designated partner in China; it is not a technology licensor.
If the Captura relationship changed, project development would be affected. We do not claim rights beyond the signed agreements.
